OUR STORY

Our firm was founded in 1982 by David A. Gagley as Gagley Law Firm. We have been proudly serving peace of mind to our clients and community on the East Hill of Kent, WA. Robert Iddins joined the firm in 2014 and became partner in 2015. Robert is now the managing law partner of Iddins Law Group. The team at Iddins Law Group share a passion for helping people and takes the time to get to know individuals and families establishing long lasting client relationships.

Meet Our Legal Team

Robert C. Iddins

Attorney

A skilled attorney who has been practicing since 2005. In July of 2014, he joined the Gagley Law Group, where he currently focuses primarily on Personal Injury, Estate Planning and Probate. He is proud of the four years he served in the United States Marine Corps and brings those time-honored values into the practice of law.


His schooling consists of graduating Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 2003, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from University of Washington in 1996, and an Associate of Arts from Green River Community College in 1994, where he graduated with highest honors and a scholastic achievement award. He is an active member of his community including an active membership in Rotary Club.

Attorney

David A. Gagley is an established attorney who has been practicing for over 40 years with the past 10 years focusing primarily in the areas of estate planning, elder law and probate. He prides himself on meeting the needs of the public in a “down home” professional manner. Experience has taught him that the simplest approach is usually the best.

His schooling consists of graduating Juris Doctor from the University of Gonzaga School of Law in May, 1973. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the South King County Bar Association-Elder Law Section. He attends Continuing Legal Education Seminars specifically in the areas of estate planning, elder law and probate so as to meet the ever changing rules associated in these areas of law.

Christian C. Pearson

Christian C. Pearson

Attorney

Christian Pearson was born in Walla Walla, Washington. He graduated from Desales High School and attended the University of Washington and Saint Martin’s University, earning an undergraduate degree in Theater Arts. He graduated from the Seattle University School of Law and is a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association. His practice areas include personal injury, estate planning, and criminal defense. Christian joined the Iddins Law Group in 2020.

Christian and his girlfriend Skyler are the proud parents of multiple horses. Their interests include hay, hay, and more hay. In his non-horse time, he enjoys reading, watching movies, writing fiction, and building models. In the future he looks forward to returning to acting in community theater productions. 

Dana Hiatt

Lead Paralegal

Dana Hiatt is our lead paralegal having worked for the Gagley Law Group, LLP since 1993.   Her 27 years of experience includes the areas of estate planning, real estate, setting up corporations and limited liability companies and now leads the probate department.  Throughout the course of her tenure she has gone to a multitude of continuing legal education seminars for attorneys.  She lives in the Maple Valley area with her husband Steve and has a cabin in Cle Elum where they enjoy hiking, water and snow skiing and snowmobiling.

Office Manager/Billing Coordinator

Diane joined our team in March 2019, she began in the receptionist role and slowly morphed to office manager. She is dedicated to developing systems and improving processes to enhance the collaborative team approach our law firm seeks to encompass. When not at her computer inputting numbers and working on the business, she spends her free time hanging out with family and friends, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.

Client Relations Coordinator

With over 10 years of admin experience, Jena joined Iddins Law Group in 2020 as our dedicated telephone operator and Marketing Assistant. You may know her as the “Smile behind the Phone” when you call our firm. When she is not keeping busy with phone calls and social media, you can find Jena in the kitchen dreaming up new recipes for her cookbook while rocking out to 80’s music.

Paralegal

Payton Doyal graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology in 2019. Since then, He has been an integral member of Iddins Law Group. With the support and mentorship of experienced attorneys Robert Iddins, Dave Gagley, and Christian Pearson he continues to grow his wealth of knowledge in various areas of the law including Personal Injury, Estate Planning, Probate, and Criminal Law. When he is not in the office, Payton enjoys traveling, discovering treasures at local garage sales, and most importantly spending time with his family and friends. Payton aspires to be an attorney and plans on taking everything he’s learned to test in law school next fall of 2021.

Legal Assistant

McKenna Potter graduated from Central Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in Social Service and spent five years working in the health care field. McKenna is now a Legal Assistant at Iddins Law Firm where she can morph her passion of working with those in need and her many years of administrative work into one career path. In her spare time, McKenna enjoys discovering new breweries around the Seattle area, being outdoors, and spending time with family.
