Our firm was founded in 1982 by David A. Gagley as Gagley Law Firm. We have been proudly serving peace of mind to our clients and community on the East Hill of Kent, WA. Robert Iddins joined the firm in 2014 and became partner in 2015. Robert is now the managing law partner of Iddins Law Group. The team at Iddins Law Group share a passion for helping people and takes the time to get to know individuals and families establishing long lasting client relationships.

Robert C. Iddins

Attorney

A skilled attorney who has been practicing since 2005, Rob worked alongside David Gagley for many years before taking over as lead partner and creating Iddins Law Group, PLLC. Now he focuses on estate planning, probate, and making the firm the best it can be for its clients. He is proud of the four years he served in the United States Marine Corps and enjoys bringing those time-honored values into the practice of law.

Robert’s schooling consists of graduating Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 2003, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from University of Washington in 1996, and an Associate of Arts from Green River Community College in 1994, where he graduated with highest honors and a scholastic achievement award. He is an active member of his community, including as a member of Kent Rotary Club, and enjoys pool, golf, and fishing with his family.

Christian C. Pearson

Attorney

Christian Pearson was born in Walla Walla, Washington. He graduated from Desales High School and attended the University of Washington and Saint Martin’s University, earning an undergraduate degree in Theater Arts. He graduated from the Seattle University School of Law and is a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association. His practice areas include personal injury, estate planning, and criminal defense. Christian joined the Iddins Law Group in 2020.

Christian and his girlfriend Skyler are the proud parents of multiple horses. Their interests include hay, hay, and more hay. In his non-horse time, he enjoys reading, watching movies, writing fiction, and building models. In the future he looks forward to returning to acting in community theater productions.

Brittany S. Stockton

Attorney

Brittany Stockton joined our team in 2022, with a focus on the areas of Estate Planning and Probate. An avid legal drafter and researcher, she delights in meeting with clients and providing them peace of mind. Outside the office, you can find her traveling, running half-marathons, and enjoying classic English literature.

Brittany earned her Juris Doctor from Seattle University, in addition to a Paralegal Certificate from Edmonds Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Whitman College.

Cameron J. Pearson

Attorney

Cameron joined us in 2023 as our chief litigator. His warm heart, calculating mind, and decade of litigation experience make for a wonderful combination in the courtroom representing clients. When not wielding his legal chops, Cameron serves on the board of directors for the Kent Chamber of Commerce, studies history, and spends time with his son.

Cameron earned his Juris Doctor at Seattle University.

Diane Iddins

Diane Iddins

Office Manager

Diane joined our team in March 2019, beginning in the receptionist role and slowly becoming to office manager. She is dedicated to developing systems and improving processes to enhance the collaborative team approach our law firm seeks to encompass.

When not at her computer inputting numbers and working on the business, she spends her free time hanging out with family and friends, reading, enjoying the outdoors, and playing with her golden retrievers.

Peter Bomann

Paralegal

Peter, the man with the unusually complicated words, joined the firm in 2021, and has since become our estate planning paralegal, systems coordinator, and resident logophile.



When not attempting to write the perfect will, Peter enjoys hikes in the rain, a multiplicity of games, and poetizing to make life a little more mythical.

Susie Gray

Paralegal

Susie joined our team in 2023, coming with years of experience from the other side of the field in government work to assist clients with their estate planning needs.

A paragon of the extracurricular, she can be found walking her dogs Annie and Lola, churning through books, and giving the best restaurant recommendations.

Kelsey joined the firm in 2022 and has since become a fantastic estate planning paralegal, with her outstanding work ethic, great jokes, and immaculate wardrobe.

When not at work, she enjoys a good book, fuzzy blankets, and exploring the PNW with her many dogs.

Phone Receptionist

Our smile behind the phone, and the first contact for many of our clients, Abigail can be found bright and early every morning with a focused eye and a corny joke.

Outside the office and telephonic spheres, Abigail can be found paddle boarding, park adventuring, and rating new burger joints with her kids.

Jeanne Kenkel-Tajvar

Office Receptionist

Jeanne (pronounced “JEAN-ee”) took up the hallowed mantle of Director of First Impressions in 2025 with gusto. She’s serious about making sure everyone who walks in our door has a good day. From 9 to 5 she’s handing out drinks, laughing with clients, and applying her considerable talents to making sure everything is ready for the many appointments we have throughout the day.

When she’s not at work, Jeanne fondly refers to herself as “The Yard Crew,” and defends her pristine, colorful garden from the fiercest of weeds and pests.

Barbara Sturgeon

Paralegal

Born and raised in the Midwest, and having lived everywhere from Oregon to Florida to Germany, Barb has become a staple of the firm. She brings her experience in government and private practice to provide excellent assistance to clients navigating the probate process.

Outside the firm, Barb’s four children and many grandchildren keep her up to date on the latest video games and musical trends. You can often find her dancing, and enjoying all kinds of art.

Sareana joined the firm in 2025 as a steadfast and kind probate paralegal. She loves creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients, and working hard to make what can be an awkward and tedious process better for everyone.

When not bringing her beaming smile to the office, Sareana’s a dish-slinging, cat-loving, socializing queen.

Maya has brought a certain je ne sais quoi to the firm since she joined in 2025. Maybe it’s her grit, maybe it’s her talent, maybe it’s the large quantities of matcha she consumes. Regardless of the source, she’s adept at turning difficult legal matters into easier situations.

When not working away, Maya has a penchant for thrifting, farmers market-ing, and reveling in the glory of a good nap.

Joining the team in 2024, Tim brings over a decade of legal experience. His experience along with his no-nonsense attitude and attention to detail is on display for every client in every case.

When he’s not slugging it out with insurance companies, Tim is a chronic fisherman, avid hunter, and eager fan of the Cougars and Seahawks.

Anastasiia (pronounced “ANN-uh-STAY-zhuh) joined the firm in 2025 with justice in her bones and a mind like a steel trap. Helping people in need is her calling, and she fulfills it on a regular basis with our clients.

On the off-hours you can find Anastasiia fulfilling her goal visiting every national park, playing the best video games, and learning as many languages as she can (seven and counting!).

Kayley hopped on board in 2025, bringing a potent work ethic to her role helping injured clients, especially enjoying the research that turns a good case into a great one.

When not behind her desk, Kayley loves playing soccer with her son, attempting to style her daughter’s extremely curly hair, and smoking all kinds of meat for Sundays of food, football, and family.
