Estate Planning

Estate planning is the process of laying out in writing what you want to happen 1) after you are no longer able to act for yourself, and 2) after you pass. Who should manage your health and finances if you should become incapable of doing so? Who should distribute your assets and belongings after you are gone? Whom should your assets and belongings be distributed to? Do you need a way to mitigate estate taxes? Who do you want to be the guardian of your minor children? These are only a few of the difficult but important questions that need answers to successfully protect you and your assets, and there are many methods to do so: powers of attorney, health care directives, wills, trusts, and more.

In your appointment, you and your attorney will talk about your needs and desires, and the best way to achieve both using our diverse range of documents. Then, we’ll draft you an estate plan unique to your situation, have it drafted within a week, and have you back to review and sign it within two weeks, with faster turnarounds possible in special situations.

We look forward to meeting you, and bringing you peace of mind!
